Shipping Policy

Your painting will be packed and shipped within  7 working days of payment clearing. 

Within Australia pieces are sent by Australia Post.

Most deliveries arrive within 2-4 days from time of shipping depending on state and location. Please allow 7 working days in total.

International shipping is not included in the price. Please contact me by email if you are overseas for a quote on the shipping costs. 

All paintings will include tracking number and require a signature on delivery. The price you see on the website is inclusive of shipping, packaging and insurance.

If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me by email first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for express post if this is required.

Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. Orders will not be refunded if the order(s) is lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as re-print charge for prints to be re-printed if the original order is lost due to giving us incorrect shipping information.

Returns Policy


Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Art Print Policies

Exchange & Return Policy:

All Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are "made to order". 

Framed Artwork Policy

Frames and framed artwork are currently only available in Australia.

Cancellation & Exchange Policy: All frames and framed artwork are final sale. 

Return Policy: We are unable to accept any returns for frames. All stretched, frames and framed print sales are final sale.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy

Any damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork must be reported within 7 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged prints or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.

Payment Methods


How is my payment handled?

Payments are taken through PayPal and Wix payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase. You can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular credit or debit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit care details. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others.



  • Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
    Yes, if you live in the area of Torquay, Victoria, Australia you are more than welcome to collect from the studio. Your order confirmation provides details for you to arrange this.
  • Is shipping included at checkout?
    Postage and packaging is included within Australia unless stated otherwise. Some higher value artworks will have an additional shipping cost but this will be stated at checkout.
  • Can you ship internationally?
    Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Please contact me so I can let you know how much the shipping costs will be. Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer's expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit.
  • What if my artwork arrives and I don't like it?
    I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a buy-back agreement. If an original artwork is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned and undamaged I will refund your payment within 14 days.
  • What if my artwork arrives damaged?
    Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 7 days of delivery.   • What about overseas returns?
    At this stage I am unable to offer a refund or return on any products send outside of Australia.
  • Is the artwork subject to copyright?
    All artwork and content (pictures and text) on the Amanda Bowker Art website are the sole property and copyright of Amanda Bowker Art and are legally protected. Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Amanda Bowker. Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law. Amanda Bowker Art retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of whether or not the original image has been sold. Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes please contact Amanda Bowker with details of your specific request. Ownership of the Artwork: who actually owns the Artwork? I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold & commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or other media I only ask for credit. When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.
